Microsoft released a hotfix for this issue. We must apply it in Safe Mode:

1. Download the hotfix from this link:

2. Restart your computer. Press F8 and select Safe Mode. (The hotfix must be applied in Safe Mode. Or it will be useless)

3. Double click the hotfix and extract it. Then you will get the fixccs.exe file.

4. Double click the fixccs.exe file. It will apply automatically

5. Restart the computer
